Please note your payment is binding and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If you fall ill or any unforeseen circumstances occur you may have the opportunity to re-schedule your booking. 

We will confirm receipt by e-mail and send all the information you need to find the property. 

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions :

- Carnal Chambers is strictly non-smoking, there is a dedicated backyard where you can smoke outside (please remember to lock the door);

-It is strictly 18+ ADULT ONLY property. No kids!!

- No illegal drugs are to be taken into the premises

- The quoted rate is for a maximum of 2 people. Additional guests may only be accommodated by prior arrangement with us and there will be an extra fee of £45 per person (There is one single bed available in Sissy Boudoir)

- Carnal Chambers is not responsible or liable for any injury sustained on the premises

- Please wipe down all furniture down after use, wipe all used toys and place them in the plastic boxes provided so we can clean them thoroughly afterwards. It is common courtesy that our guests leave Carnal Chambers in acceptable order upon departure e.g all used toys in the provided cleaning box with used condoms etc removed. Glasses and plates in the sink, used towels on the bathroom floor or in the bathtub. 

-Significant soiling  of the space or kit will result in cleaning fees or deposit being held.

- Please bring your own condoms and lubes for your own safety. There are some provided in the playroom if needed.

- Check-in is at 4 pm (unless another time is arranged with us in advance), check out is before 11 am. Please also enquire if you would like a later check-out – we may have to make an additional charge for this.

- We do keep a full inventory of all the toys and items in Carnal Chambers and will take appropriate action to recover any that are removed.
