It is a private small 2 bedroom house that is located in a residential area in North Belfast; 10 mins from City Centre. International Airport - 25mins drive, City Airport - 12 mins drive. It is 1 mins away from a Bus stop going to City Centre directly. 

There’s a king size bed in living area and single bed upstairs in Sissy Room. Fresh linen is provided. If you have any special requirements, please let us know before making the booking. 

Guest checks in with key from key box. The code is sent on the day of arrival - it is changed between guests. When checking out, please lock the house, put the key back in lockbox. You will be on your own inside the property. This is a small 2 bedroom house, not a club. You will not be disturbed during your stay. 

We accept payments via online booking, bank transfer and alternatively bitcoin. We do not accept any cash payments; we do not meet in public, nor we accept any cash drop offs. 

Easy on street parking right outside. 

In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund. We can reschedule your booking at the Owner’s discretion if enough notice given. 

The house is cleaned by a professional cleaner using safe chemicals around the house and medical grade cleaning products in the playrooms. All sheets and towels are washed and dried by one of top laundry companies in Northern Ireland. 

There are cleaning products available in the playroom - those are safe to use, also waterproof pads, antibacterial wipes, floor wipes, bin bags. 

Vaping is permitted indoors but if you smoke cigarettes , please use backyard. 

All guests check in/out by themselves. You will receive code to keybox on the day of your arrival. We do not offer any kind of meet ups, showing around or handing over the keys in person. We want to minimise personal contact for the comfort of our guests. Emergency number will be provided in case of any issues during your stay. 

We hosted small parties before but please contact directly and discuss it. We do not host big parties but small gatherings of a few couples could be organised. Please be aware that different rate will apply and damage deposit is required. 

We DO NOT assist in booking a professional. If you wish to book one, please do your own research and arrange it on your own. Please be aware that you take full responsibility for yourself and any guests you are bringing in. Any arrangements are between yourself and your guest. If there are any professionals visiting the premises, it will be posted on our social media (please contact them directly).
