By booking premises hire at Carnal Chambers you agree to the following terms: 

1. You will leave the premises as closely as possible to how it was found. 

2. You accept all liability for injury and fatality occurring from use of the space. We accept no responsibility for injury caused by improper use of equipment or furniture. 

3. You will pay a deposit to secure your booking and will provide payment on receipt of an invoice issues before your booking begins. You may lose your booking if you fail to pay for an upcoming booking. 

4. The front door MUST remain locked and closed at all times. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property due to door being opened. 

5. Sharps for needle play must be disposed of in sharps bin provided. Any sharps found in the general waste or left around the premises will void your deposit return. 

6. Significant soiling/damage to the space will result in your deposit being held. Broken furniture and equipment will be charged at cost price to replace. 

7. Respecting the neighbours is essential. Please do not stand outside in any inappropriate state of dress or undress - any kinky activities must remain inside the premises at all times. 

8. You accept the following cancellation terms: 

- UP TO 5 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING: Hire Fee and Security Deposit will be refunded 

- UP TO 2 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING: Hire Fee will be refunded

- LESS THAN 2 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING: Hire Fee & Security are forfeit

9. Strictly NO (sex) parties. 3 couples (6 adults) can be present at once in premises but it must be agreed prior making the  booking. 

10. We ask for total discretion which means no posts about the premises or a hire made on social media or any other platforms or websites. *

11. Carnal Chambers is located in a mostly residential area, so all noises should be kept down. 

12. Smoking is permitted ONLY OUTSIDE.
