Rules

• you will leave the premises as closely as possible to how it was found.
• you accept all LIABILITY for injury and fatality OCCURRING from the use of space. we accept no responsibility for injury caused by improper use of equipment or furniture.
• the front door must be locked and closed at all times.
• this is No smoking property. please do not smoke inside. there is designed area in the backyard where you can COMFORTABLY smoke. please remember to lock the door after you finish.
• please keep noises down after 10pm (22hrs). be mindful that the house is located in residential area.
• you are taking full responsibility for any losses, injuries and damages.
• there is king size bed in the living area and single bed in sissy boudoir.
• this is self check-in property. you will receive code to lockbox on the day of your arrival. the code is changed between guests.
• once you are inside, please lock yourself. when checking out, please make sure the front door is locked and put the key back in the lockbox.
• please do not wear any revealing fetish clothing in front of the property.
• there is free on street parking right in front of the house.
• there is a security camera outside. no cameras or any other devices inside the property.
• significant soiling/damage to the space will result in extra charges. broken furniture and equipment will be charged at cost to replace it.
• strictly no (sex) parties. 3 couples (6 adults) can be present at once in premises but it must be agreed prior making the booking.
• we ask for total discretion which means no posts about premises or a hire made on made on social media or any other platforms or websites (professionals please contact to discuss it)
• smoking is only permitted only outside.
• please no illegal substances. no kids, no pets allowed.
