RUles and rates

LOCATION 

BDSM House in Belfast is located in northern part of the city, approx 15 min drive from City Centre. 

GUESTS

Booking for the house is made for 2 adults sharing. There is an extra fee for additional people. Max 6 adults. 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT 

Check in: 4pm, check out: 11am. Early check in and/or check out might be available but it depends on other bookings. An extra surcharge may apply. 

CLEANING

All equipment is cleaned and sterilised before and after use. Fresh towels and linen provided before arrival. You are asked to leave the premises as you found them. 

USE OF EQUIPMENT 

You will receive an email with instructions before arrival. Cleaning products are provided in the main playroom to clean any body fluids

OVERNIGHT - WEEKEND - WEEK STAY 

For longer stays,  there is a sofa bed in living room and a single bed upstairs in Sissy Boudoir,. The main focus has been put on equipment and furnitures. 

PRISON CELL 

Please, make sure no one is left in Prison Cell. 

DEPOSIT

A deposit is added to the cost of your booking and is included with payment. Deposit protects against damage and loss, and also last minute cancellations. Please allow 48hrs for your deposit to be refunded after your visit is over. 

PRIVACY 

You will be on your own  in the house. An instruction about the use of equipment will be sent before arrival. 

SMOKING 

No smoking inside the property. You can smoke in the backyard. 

PARKING

There's free on-site parking. Be discreet and don't bring any annoyance to neighbourhood. 

SAFETY 

CCTV in premises.
